Our club was well represented at the Northwest Leadership Institute in Wanatchee, WA February 14-17 by our President Lap - who was a valedictorian upon graduating the institute.

Congratulations to the committee for our Annual Tree Chipping event on January 5 & 6! We raised $2000 and chipped over 300 trees - nearly double our previous year's totals!!

We're pleased to announce that in addition to our regular donations to TWECS, we will be volunteering at their eyeglass sorting facility on the 3rd Monday evening of the month throughout 2007-2008! Thanks to Lion Raymond for organizing this!

Thank you to the 22 members who attended the 19-A Spring Conference, making us one of the larger delegations there. We were presented with information about the Lions Diabetes and Dog Guides projects. We had strong entries for the bulletin, scrapbook and website contests and were awarded the website contest award at the Governor's Banquet.

Hopefully everyone who attended had a blast and met some inspirational lions. To those who weren't able to make it - there's always next year!
